A case study for a recent maintenance and service contract at Cowley International College

This service and maintenance call out was carried out April 2015 by one of our highly qualified maintenance partners.  The visit was a one off call out to asses and report on an existing rain water harvesting system whilst carrying out basic maintenance at the time of the site visit to ensure the client received value for money.

 

The system in question was an estimated 30,000 litre capacity gravity system at a School in St Helens in the North West and consisted of main below ground rain water storage tank, internal header tank, in line filter, pressure vessel and main water management  control unit.

The routine service check carried out included:

Main tank inspection

Removal of submersible pump for examination and cleaning of the floating extraction unit

Header tank inspection and report

Management system checks

In depth full report with photographic visuals supplied post visit

This report was followed on by a full below ground tank clean and repair, main filter clean, pump exchange and offer of ongoing term service contract.
